A：Yes, our MOQ would be 20kg each items. R&D items required more MOQ, it would be discussed and negotiable.

Q：Can I return or exchange the goods?
A：All transactions in our company are buyouts. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless the product contains foreign objects or deteriorates and proved to be caused from our side.
Q：If I found the package was damaged, how can I do?
A：Please take a video before unpacking. If you find a broken package, please take a photo immediately and contact our sales to discuss the follow-up processing method.

A：According to our sample policy, we usually provide pudding/jelly powder 30g*2 packs, flavored powder 60g*2 packs, pastry mix 150g*2 packs. If you have special needs or items, please call us.

A：We are make-to-order production, part of products would not in stock(need to be produced). Sample will be shipped out within 7 working days.

A：SignWin ready-mixed powder can store for two years, pastry mix can reach up to one and a half years.
Q：Is there a recommended way to store the powder if I didn't use it up?
A：Please seal tightly in a sealed bag or zipper and store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
Q：How many days the finished product can be kept before it goes bad?
A：We suggest that to consume it on the same day because our product doesn’t contain preservatives. If product not yet finished, it can be refrigerated for 2 days.
