Apple slices:
1) 2 apples
Custard filling:
1) Custard powder 50g
2) Fresh milk 180g
Tart crust:
1) Unsalted butter 90g
2) Cake flour 180g
3) Fresh milk 15g

5) Salt 10g
Sugar solution:
1) Unsalted butter 15g
2) Sugar 50g
3) 1 spoon of orange liqueur
