Product Introduction
▍Recipes
1) Mix 500g donut powder, 100g egg, 260g water, 75g vegetable oil and 100g shortening well.
2) Then stir for 1 minute at low speed to form a dough, and stir at high speed for 2 minutes to form a smooth dough.
3) Pour the dough into a donut extruder, make into the shape of a donut, and fry it in a 180°C oil for 10 seconds, flip over, then using a frying screen fully submerge donuts under the surface of the oil and cook for 1 minute. And lift and let donuts rise to surface for 5 seconds.
4) Lastly, place frying screen back over the donuts and cook for an additional 2 minutes until it become golden brown.
