【Material A】
Batter:Soufflé powder 25g、Egg yolk 1 piece(20g)、Milk 10mL
【Material B】
Meringue:Egg white 2 pieces(60g)、Sugar 10g
1) The A material is mixed evenly in the steel basin.
2) Pour B material to the steel basin, then use automatic egg beater to foaming, and add the fine granulated sugar to achieve stiff peak.
3) Preheat the electric baking pan by 120 °C~130 °C or grease the pan to preheat.
4) Firstly, take 1/3 of the meringue and gently mix it into the A material, then pour the remaining B material and gently mix well to complete the Soufflé batter.
5) Use a spoon to dip the batter and stack 2-3 layers onto the baking tray, pour 2 tablespoons of water beside(water do not touch the batter). Cover the lid. After 7 minutes, turn over it and pour 2 tablespoons of water. Stewing is completed in 5 minutes.
6) After serving the pan, sprinkle with icing sugar or syrup on the surface, enjoy your tasty Soufflé.
