▍Recipes

[Recommended usage] 1.5-2.0% of the total amount (for liquids with high fiber content and high acidity, the amount of crystal jelly powder should be increased as appropriate)

1) Mix jelly powder and sugar first.

2) Add an appropriate amount of liquid (water/juice/tea) into the container, pour (step 1) into it and stir well, heat to slightly boiled and turn off the heat.

3) Pour it into a container, let it cool down, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.

You can adjust the crystal jelly hardness according to adjust the liquid amount.
